Watch it for Rosamund Pike the Gone Girl

One of the recent big budget movie released is Gone Girl based on the best selling novel written by Gillian Flynn with the same name. The movie was unexpectedly value-for-money for me with awesome cinematography and unpredictable storyline built up for the characters. The best part about the movie is that it urges you to keep wanting for more specially after the intermission. It is based on today's incompatible and a life full of lust, greed and back stabbing which brings forth the dark side of relationship after marriage and the fierce attempt of keeping it intact as a show-off for the society. It makes you believe in the saying that 'appearances can be deceptive and dangerous at the same time.'

Well, I am purposely not revealing the story in order to keep the suspense and thrill alive for you. It is a must watch for all though it has some brutal blood bath scenes and so an A rating. Ben Affleck is good but the real hero of the movie is the under rated bond-girl actor Rosamund Pike. She is unbelievably the star of the movie with good supporting cast to back her up. Director David Fincher who has some very good movies in his kitty has done a marvellous job in showcasing a best seller on the big screen and definitely this is another feather in his cap.
